What kind of renovations have been made to each tower?

The former Ocean View and Royal Hawaiian resorts have been completely renovated over the last 2.5 years and are fully rebuilt to reflect the full Madison Resorts brand standard.

How do I book a Cabana at the Ocean Tower pool?

Click here to reserve an Ocean Tower poolside cabana online. Please check-in for your cabana at the pool hut located on the left side of the pool deck.

What are your check-in/check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is at 11am. We do offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee, based on availability and/or the hotel’s occupancy status. Early check-in fees (based on availability): $50 prior to 2pm, and $25 for check in between 2pm – 4pm.

Late check-out fees (when available): $50 for noon check out, $100 for 1pm check out.

Front Desk Hours

In season, the front desk is open 24hrs a day. Hours maybe differ from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Please call for up to date hours

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation deposits are refundable, but are subject to a  20% cancellation fee. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Are you pet friendly? 

Yes, we have pet-friendly rooms at the Royal Tower located on the streetside of the hotel. The Ocean Tower does not allow pets.

Do you offer pool or beach towels?

Beach / pool towels are provided based on room occupancy. You will receive Towel Cards at check-in that can be exchanged for clean towels at the pool huts. We do not provide towels at the beach. The towels can be used at both the pool and beach. Dirty or wet towels can be exchanged at anytime at the pool huts. Return towels to the pool huts to get the Towel Cards back prior to check-out. Towel cards must be turned in at check-out to avoid a $10 per towel fee.

Do you offer Pack and Plays or Cribs? 

We do not offer them onsite.

Where do I park?

If you’re staying at the Ocean Tower, check in with us at the corner of E Rambler Rd and Ocean Ave. Our onsite valet attendant or front desk representative will assist you with parking your vehicle between May 15 and September 15. If you are staying at the Royal Tower, please check in with us at 500 E. Orchid Ave. Parking at the Royal Tower is self-parking.

Do you have valet parking?

Valet is available to guests staying at the Ocean Tower from May 15 through September 15. Our Royal Tower is self-parking.

How many parking spaces do I get per room?

One. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that all guests have a parking spot on property. You will be issued a parking tag at check-in. The parking tag must be displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay to avoid towing fees.

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes! We offer shuttle service around the island between Diamond Beach and 26th Avenue and to our Cape May property, Harry’s Ocean Bar & Grille. This service is included in your stay.

How do I reserve a Fire-Pit, Cabana or Beach Club?

Fire pits, pool chairs and umbrellas are available on a first come, first serve basis and are for registered guests only. We do not reserve or hold these offerings. Cabanas can be booked in advance and include food and beverage service. Click Here to book now.

Our Beach Club is open to guests only, 9am – 5pm in season. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. Chairs are 1 per person and 1 umbrella per 2 people. We do not reserve or hold these offerings. Guests can access the beach service by using either the Rambler Rd or Orchid Ave beach entrances. Our service is located between the two streets.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

Yes! Our restaurant, Vinyl, is located in the Ocean Tower offering both indoor and outdoor seating with a casual coastal cuisine. Take out is available, as well as room service to the Ocean Tower. The Madison Rose is our poolside food truck offering lite bites and quick snacks at the Ocean Tower. Seasonal hours will apply.

Do you have alcohol onsite?

Wildwood Crest is a “dry town” and the sale of alcohol is prohibited. We do have refrigerators in each room and you are permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages. 

What are your age and check-in policies?

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room and/or stay at the Madison Resort. (Persons under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.) A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon check-in.

Do you have ADA accessible rooms? 

We do! Give us a call of specific needs.

Do you have free wifi?

Yes, ask your guest services agent when you check in.

Do you have an exercise facility on premise?

Yes we do, located on the first floor of the Ocean Tower and it’s open 24 hours! Equipment includes a treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical and dumbells.  

Do you have room service?

Offered seasonally to guests in the Ocean Tower from our casual restaurant, Vinyl. Please check with our front desk prior to booking to see if it will be available during your stay.

What are the hours for the pools?

In season the pools are open daily from 9am to 9pm. The pool is open mid April through late October. 

Is your pool heated?

Yes, both pools are heated.

Do you have hot tubs?

Yes, both towers have hot tubs. Please note – Madison Resorts hotel policy prohibits the use of the hot tubs by children under 18 years of age.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Both hotels are smoke free. This includes public spaces. We have designated smoking areas. Please inquire with the Front Desk for the smoking area location. Please note anyone found to be smoking or to have been smoking in a guest room will be charged a fee of 250.00
