What kind of reservations have been made to each tower?

The former Ocean View has been completely renovated over the last 2 years and is fully rebuilt to reflect the full Madison Resorts brand standard. The former Royal Hawaiian has undergone a comprehensive update for 2024 for our Beachfront and Poolside Rooms only, with the Streetside Rooms scheduled for renovation later in the calendar year 2024.

What are your check-in/check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early arrivals can check in and use the facilities. 

Front Desk Hours

The Front Desk is open 24 hours Friday – Saturday. Open until 9pm Sunday – Thursday. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation deposits are refundable less 20%. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, reservation deposits are nonrefundable.

Are you pet friendly? 

Yes, we have pet friendly rooms in the Royal Tower. The Ocean Tower does not allow pets.

Where do I park?

Check in with us at the Madison Tower on the corner of E Rambler Rd and Ocean Ave. Our onsite valet attendant or front desk representative will be able to assist you with parking. 

Do you have valet parking?

Valet is only available to guests staying at the Ocean Tower. Guests staying at the Royal Tower may self park their vehicle.

How many parking spaces do I get per room?

One

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes! We offer shuttle service to the Wildwood boardwalk and our Cape May properties including Harry’s Ocean Bar and Grille, it’s included in your stay.

How do I reserve a Fire-Pit, Cabana or Beach Club?

Our Beach Club is open to guests only. Beach chair, umbrella and poolside cabana rentals are available exclusively for guests. You can reserve your day(s) in advance with a guest services agent by phone, in person, or on the day of your beach visit. We encourage everyone to try our Beach Club while they are with us – it’s the ultimate beach experience!

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

Our restaurant and food truck are closed for the season.

Do you have alcohol onsite?

Currently Wildwood Crest is still a “dry town” and the sale of alcohol is prohibited. We do have refrigerators in each room.

What are your age and check-in policies?

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room and/or stay at the Madison Resort. (Persons under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.) A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon check-in.

Do you have ADA accessible rooms? 

We do! Give us a call of specific needs.

Do you have free wifi?

Yes, ask your guest services agent when you check in

Do you have an exercise facility on premise?

Yes we do and it’s open 24 hours! Equipment includes a treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical, and weight machine.

Do you have entertainment poolside? 

The Ocean Tower is the center for entertainment at the resort with entertainment daily (weather permitting) beginning mid June through Labor Day. 

Do you have room service?

Room Service has ended for the the season.
